We at City-Lab unpack your orders for you and recycle the packaging materials. We are always delighted to see new, more eco-friendly packaging innovations. For example, styrofoam is being replaced by recycled wool, plant fiber, shredded paper, cardboard – or straw, as in QIAGEN shipments!

In addition to our customers, many of our suppliers pick up boxes, cold packs and dry ice when they deliver us orders or are visiting customers on campus.
